I don't know about anyone else but I feel so stupied and a bit pious. I always held the thought that everyone in prison
did something horrible or they wouldn't be there. After reading this, hell I smoked pot when I was in college alot of
kids did and none of them were bad enough to be put in prison. Thank you for opening my eyes. If we don't do something
to change what is going on with our judical system before we find our loved ones behind those bars and unable to get them
out.

Whoever told you that was your ENEMY!!!
I wouldn't be surprised if they used finger-stamp voting just to get
the finger prints... Leave it up to the Government to twist and manipulate everything that it can to gain the bottom line...money.
When you vote, you don't always get what you vote for. Did anyone bother to tell the Iraqis that? Take our "Drug War" for
instance. Pretty soon, Iraq will find itself like we here in the United States, slave to a system that, We the People, are
supposed to be able to control. Here in the U.S., we voted that when a small-time narcotics dealer got busted, they would
work up the ladder to the BIG GUYS and stop them from distributing onto our streets. But- NO! The GOVERNMENT allows
the BIG Fish to go free to repeat their offenses while the small-timers and their families get raped. "THEY" say that this
is the best system in the world, but the only difference between our system and SADDAM HUSSEIN'S was that we knew what Saddam
was all about. Republican, Democrat, Independent, etc. ... this business hurts us ALL!

I have seen this first hand. in a thing they call drug court here where I live . in order to get on drug court u have to
be charged with a drug crime. well not so my nephew had a charge of criminal mischief. and was placed on probation until fine
was paid. well the fine wasn't paid when he walked to his friends house with 2 tubes to see if he wanted to tube down the
river . well his friend lived in a house that had 2 appt. the 2nd floor was being watched because the men that lived there
were selling beer to kids . after finding out his friend wasn't home he left only to be grabbed by the police. thrown on the
car and was asked about these men .he told them he was there for his friend who lived on the first floor. that's why he was
caring 2 tubesthey asked him questions he told the cops he was on probation .and didn't want no trouble. he knew nothing of
the men. they asked if they pissed tested him was it going to come back clear ,he ammeted to smoking a joint a week before
this and it would probably show in his system.they took him into custdy.put him in juvy .threatened him with time in jail
or go on to drug court .without his mother being present he signed himself into drug court. mind u he was a minor.drug court
is to be a program that they have to do 90 meetings in 90 days. plus go thru drug classes. and so on. the rules kept changing
there was 4 steps to get off drug courthe completed all steps but he couldn't graduate until there were enough kids to hold
a graduation a bunch of crap, while waiting to grad he got into trouble in school for hiding the teachers stapler. was held
in juvy for a week. and lost his chance of graduation.he had to go four more months until next grad.and so he did it was a
week till grad.again some kids jumped him and a friend in a alley they started to fight back when the jumpers family came
out and the brother ,mother and father starting beating my nephew and friend the cops were called no charges were filed on
this family. but my nephew got 2 weeks in juvy hall. and was not able to grad again this program was to be 3 to 9 months here
it is almost 4 years later.some where in there they pissed tested his mother controlled sub. was found she explained she had
a real bad car accident and was prescribed the med's she was placed in jail for a month.went thru withdrawal because they
wouldn't give her med's they gave her an option to stop taking her med's or loose her son . she couldn't stop taking the med's.
she needs these just to be able to function so they took my nephew off her and made me take him.the kid was doing great in
school made honor role .passed every urine test. he didn't get the call from his probation officer to check if his was in
on curfew. my daughter was fighting with at the time an said he wasn't here I went to court with him every week. when they
said he wasn't in on curfew I stood up said he was in and Alex was just being a bitch. he told me to sit and be quite they
hand cuffed him and took him away to juvy.agsin . no grad again this mess is still going on and I could go on forever.here
was this kid in drug court he told the judge he wanted to get a job the judge said no and he was to go and apply for public
assistance instead. all the while every week I went to court with him and observed there was never a court reporter taking
the happenings in this court room.the majority of the kids on this was low income. this is truly disgusting.and still going
on to this day.they continue to violate these people civil rights .this is ashame and nobody will open their mouths. and there
is no lawyer to take any of these cases cause of what would happen to them look at what some put on the web about this judge
I cant figure out why he is still a judge Michele j barrasse just do a search of him you'll see thanks for your time.

I myself agree with you on this subject 100% and know from experiance. I was pulled over driveing home with my two children
one night I came up to a stop sign and went over the white line about an inch. Well a police office driveing the same way
I was turning quickley pulled over and as soon as I turned and passed him already had his lights on. My kids were both wearing
seat belts I too was wearing a seatbelt and my car is all leagal. He asked me for my paper work and license and told me why
he was pulling me over, wich was for going to far over the white line. He went back to his car after a few moments he came
back and asked me to see me back by his car so I got out and walked back to his car. he said he was going to sight me for
going over the line and that It came back to him "I have a drug charge on my record." I told him yes I do, from 3 years earlier
and that I just finished doing my drug classes and was waiting to go back to court to hand in my certificate of compleation.
He asked me if I was on probation and I told him yes but only informal probation. He then said "well then you wont mind if
I search for any weapons or drugs then right?" I said yes I mind, there is no reason for you to search my car. He told me
because of being on probation he could search me and my car, I then told him "No I am not searchable because I am on Informal
probation". my probation officer told me this himself. So he radios to disbatch check to see if she is searchable or not.
It came back Not Searchable so he then tells me "well I am going to sight you for the traffic violation and wile I am writting
the ticket I am going to ask for a K-9 unit to come down and go around the outside your car, If he hits on your car that gives
me probable cause to search inside of it. ( mind you my two young daughters are inside the car still.) I told him okay and
he wrote me my ticket. So the K-9 unit shows up and the cop gets the dog out the cop who pulled me over walks up to him and
they talk for a couple of minutes quietley so I could not hear what they were saying. The K-9 officer then takes a rubber
ball type thingand get the dog all excited and riled up and goes around my car to the front and he put the ball under the
front ofmy car. He started at the back of my car and went on the drivers side first, by this time they took my kids out of
the car to stand in the rain wile they did there search. He walked around saying " come on boy, get it, get it boy" to the
dog. My driver window was open from talking to the first cop who pulled me over. So the cop taps on the window and has the
dog jump up in the window and nearley go compleatley inside my car , he then goes up to the front tire and then back to the
trunk area haveing the dog sniff along the way. He goes all the way around to the passengers front side door and stops and
tells the dog to sit. He tell the other officer" Oh Yea Big Time" He then asked me if there was any drug in my car or had
been in my car because his dog hit on my back passender door for some type of drugs. I said no and then he asked who car I
was driveing and I told him my Grandma just gave me the car a few weeks befor. To make a long story short they went ahead
and did there search and Yes they did find a Pipe under my seat and they said they found Pot too, But never told me where
or how much nor did they show it to me. I admit I had the pipe but I did NOT have any pot at all. They were very harsh about
the whole thing and told me my kids were or could be taken away by C.P.S. and they put my kids in one car and drove away.
They called my mother to pick them up at the police station, they did all types of tests on me to see if I was under the influiance
of drugs wich I was not so I was put in the back of the cop car and my car was moved off the road by the officer, he said
he was going to take me to the police station and write me a ticket for the two violations but I had to go on another call
with him to back up his partner on another call. Since then I had to go to court and was appointed a public deffender, she
read my charges and the Police report and said she has never seen such a bunch of nonsence and she is going to set it up for
a settlement confrence because that cop had no right to call in a dog just cause I said no to him searching my car wich as
an American of The United States of America I have that right. Well not anymore it seem. Something has to be done about all
of this because it's just gonna get worse.
Finally someone who is not afraid to speak out and address the issue's that need to be addressed and tell it like it really
is,Way to go Ms. Jones!!!!
